By choosing to ride with St. Croix Superior Rentals I acknowledge and accept that participation involves potential risks. I understand that these vehicles may stop abruptly and without notice, and that activities such as standing, walking, or remaining unbelted while in motion are inherently unsafe.
I also recognize that weather-related conditions (rain, snow, or ice) may increase the risk of slipping on vehicle floors and steps. Furthermore, I acknowledge that alcohol consumption can heighten these risks.
I willingly accept full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages I may experience while using services provided by St. Croix Superior Rentals. This includes any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings that may occur in or around the vehicle or at any destination visited during the trip.
I hereby release St. Croix Superior Rentals—including its owners, staff, affiliates, successors, and agents—from any and all claims of liability for personal injury, property damage, or losses of any kind. This waiver applies to claims arising from negligence, product liability, or similar causes, but does not cover instances of intentional or reckless misconduct by the company or its employees.
By signing, I affirm that I am at least 18 years old, mentally competent, and not under the influence of impairing substances. I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver in full, and agree to its terms voluntarily.
Additional Rules & Conditions
Age Requirements: All passengers must be 18 or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian or have written parental consent.
Alcohol Use: Only individuals 21 or older may consume alcohol on board.
Alcohol Containment: All alcoholic beverages—and passengers holding them—must remain inside the vehicle at all times.
BYOB Policy: Alcohol may be brought on board (beer, wine, spirits) by those 21+, but the main renter is responsible for preventing underage consumption.
Driver Authority: The driver maintains full authority over vehicle operations and passenger safety. Their decisions are final.
Conduct Expectations: All riders must follow applicable laws. The following behaviors may result in removal from the vehicle without refund and the need to arrange separate transportation:
Excessive intoxication
Giving alcohol to non-passengers
Public urination or vomiting
Obscene or disruptive language/behavior
Loitering after trip completion
Physical violence or threats
No smoking, vaping, marijuana, or drugs of any kind
Any other inappropriate conduct as determined by the driver
Additional Fees: A minimum cleaning fee of $500 will be automatically charged to the card on file for the presence of any bodily fluids in the vehicle (including but not limited to vomit, urine, or blood). This fee may also apply in cases of excessive beverage spillage or other actions that result in significant interior soiling or damage.
Service Termination: Violation of these terms may result in early termination of service at the driver's discretion without refund.
Media Release: Photos taken during your trip may be used in company marketing, including social media and our website.
