Cancellation Policy
St. Croix Superior Rentals - Service Policy Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 1 week or more before the scheduled service are fully refundable. Cancellations made between 1 week and 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. Alcohol & Conduct Policy No underage drinking is allowed on the limo. Any violation will result in immediate termination of service without a refund. Customers are expected to behave responsibly. Excessive disorderly conduct may result in early termination of service with no refund. Damage & Cleaning Fees Customers are responsible for any negligent damage to the limo, including but not limited to tears in seats, scratches, broken windows, or broken glass. The cost of repairs will be charged to the customer. A minimum $500 cleaning fee will be applied for any bodily fluids (vomit, blood, urine etc.) spilled inside the vehicle. By booking with St. Croix Superior Rentals, you agree to these terms and accept financial responsibility for any damages or violations.
